Return Policy
At Aus and Dylani, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns for Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. All returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit does not expire and will be issued in the form of a digital gift card.
Eligibility for Returns
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized items are not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at dylanifashion@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will address the issue promptly.
